What should I do if my delivery is late or shows an address problem?
Start with the tracking page. Late deliveries often have a reason listed there: a delivery exception for a street the carrier can't find, an address correction request, a package held for pickup at a carrier location, or a delay in transit. Delays are not typical (about 98% of our shipments arrive within the 2-day window), but once a package is in the carrier's hands we can't control their routing or delivery timeline. What we can do is push on your behalf.
Address issues are a common cause. We ship to the address exactly as you entered it at checkout, so check it for a missing suite number, business name, or apartment number, or a misspelled street name. Any of these can stop a delivery or send the package back to us. If the address needs a correction, let us know and we'll contact the carrier to update it and escalate delivery, or you can contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, which is often faster. If the carrier flags a correct address as incorrect, tell us and we'll confirm it with them.
If the carrier has already started returning the package, we'll ship a replacement to the corrected address. If only part of a multi-box order arrived, tell us exactly what you received so we can work with the carrier on the remaining boxes. And if drivers have trouble finding you, we can add delivery notes to future orders.
