Tracking says delivered but I never received my package - what now?

Start by checking everywhere a driver might leave a package: side doors, back doors, the garage door, the porch, and in or around your mailbox. Then ask your next-door neighbors; it's possible the driver left it at a neighboring house by mistake.

If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number or the email used on the order. We'll pull the carrier's tracking history and, when the driver took one, the delivery photo showing where the package was left, and send it to you. Look for a side or back door or a neighbor's house in the photo.

If the photo doesn't match your property or the package is simply gone, we contact FedEx or UPS on your behalf and have them open an investigation to locate the package. FedEx's trace team should have an update for us within 2-3 business days; either way, we'll contact you as soon as we hear back from the carrier. If the package turns up in the meantime, let us know so we can cancel the investigation.

Small orders with only a few items ship with USPS. If USPS tracking shows delivery to a PO Box instead of your street address, contact USPS or visit your local post office so they can help retrieve it.

Per our Shipping Policy, claims for lost shipments must be reported within seven days of the scheduled delivery date, so don't wait to reach out.
