Damaged Shipment

Although our bottles have seals under the lids, rough handling during shipping can occasionally cause a small amount of resin or hardener to leak. A minor leak does not affect the quality of the remaining epoxy. It will still work as intended when you follow the recommended resin-to-hardener mixing ratio and have enough of both components for your project.

Keep the leaking bottle upright with the cap tightened until you're ready to use it.

How to report a leak

If you'd like to let us know, email CustomerCare@BestBarTopEpoxy.com or reply to your order email with:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the leaking bottle and shipping box, if available.
• Which bottle leaked—resin or hardener—and its size.

Once we receive your photos and details, our customer care team will review them and contact you.
