Damaged Shipment

If your shipment arrives with a leaking bottle or other damage, please let us know so our customer care team can review the issue and help with the next steps.

What should I do first?

Keep the affected bottle upright and tighten the cap if it can be secured. Use protective gloves when handling leaked resin or hardener. If possible, keep the bottle and shipping packaging until we’ve reviewed the issue.

Can I still use the remaining epoxy?

A small leak does not normally affect the quality of the remaining product. It will still work as intended when you follow the recommended resin-to-hardener mixing ratio and have enough of both components for your project.

How do I report the damage?

Visit our Customer Support page, select Send a message, and include:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the affected bottle, cap or seal, and shipping box, if available.
• The product name, bottle size, and whether resin or hardener leaked.
• A short description of the damage and approximately how much leaked, if you can tell.
