What Do I Do If an Item Is Missing From My Order?

First, check your packing slip or order confirmation. Shipments only include the items you selected and purchased at checkout. Stir sticks, brushes, measuring cups and other mixing tools and containers are sold separately and are only included if you added them to your order — you can find them in our tools & supplies collection. Larger orders can arrive in more than one box, so open every box before reporting anything missing. Stir sticks and drill mixers are packed in the same package as the epoxy, not shipped separately later.

If something on your packing slip is missing

Contact us with your order number (it starts with UC-) and tell us what's missing. You have two options: we can ship the missing item right away as a separate shipment, or refund you the full product cost. Tell us which you prefer and we'll process it the same day. Replacements ship via USPS and we'll send you the tracking number.

Backordered items

If an item was on backorder when your order shipped, we refund the cost of that item to your original payment method rather than hold up the rest of your order, and we email you to let you know. If that email didn't reach you, contact us and we'll confirm the refund. Allow 3 to 5 business days for it to show up, depending on your bank.
