How are larger kits packaged - why are my resin and hardener bottles different sizes?
Larger orders are made up of multiple containers that add up to the combined size you ordered, so the bottles in one box are not always the same size.
UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy mixes 1:1, so the resin and hardener totals are always equal. For example, 3 Gallons Combined is 1.5 gallons of resin and 1.5 gallons of hardener, and it can arrive as a 1-gallon jug plus a half-gallon (64 oz) jug of each part. Two 1 Quart Combined kits may come as four pint bottles or as a quart bottle of each part, 2 quarts either way.
UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy mixes 2:1, so its resin and hardener bottles are different sizes on purpose. Deep Pour is sold in 1.5 Gallon kits, and each kit contains 1 gallon of resin and 1/2 gallon of hardener. A 3 Gallon Deep Pour order is simply two of those kits: 2 gallons of resin and two half-gallons of hardener, for 3 gallons of epoxy in total. Each resin-and-hardener pair is one 1.5 Gallon kit.
The Deep Pour Epoxy Kit bundle includes one 1.5 Gallon kit of Deep Pour Epoxy along with a liquid pigment bundle, a powder pigment bundle and a basic tool kit, not multiple gallons of epoxy.
Before you assume something is missing, add up the containers of each part and compare the totals with your invoice. If they do not match what you ordered, contact us and we will check your order.
