I paid for a gallon but received small bottles - is my order wrong?

Start by checking your order confirmation or invoice. It shows the exact size you selected and were charged for.

The product photo on the epoxy page shows the 2 Gallon kit by default and does not change with the size you choose, which runs from 1 Quart Combined to 40 Gallons Combined. Even a 20-gallon order shows the same 2 Gallon photo. The size and price you select are displayed on the product page, in your cart and on your order confirmation, and you are only charged for the amount you add to your cart.

The 1 Quart Combined kit is the smallest size and contains 1 pint (16 oz) of resin and 1 pint of hardener. If your invoice says 1 Quart Combined, your order shipped correctly. To get a gallon, select 1 Gallon Combined on the product page, which is 1/2 gallon of resin and 1/2 gallon of hardener, or call 800-259-1619 to place the order over the phone so the size is confirmed.
