I received fewer gallons than I ordered—is the rest of my order coming?

Usually nothing is missing. The size you order is the combined total of resin and hardener, so add up every container before assuming your order is short.

UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy and UltraClear Art & Craft Epoxy mix 1:1, so the total is split evenly. "2 Gallons Combined" is 1 gallon of resin and 1 gallon of hardener. A 3 gallon order is 1.5 gallons of each, shipped as a gallon bottle and a half gallon bottle of resin plus the same of hardener. Two 1 Quart Combined kits may come as a quart bottle of each part or as four pints, 2 quarts either way.

UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy mixes 2:1, so it is sold in plastic-wrapped 1.5 gallon kits: 1 gallon of resin and a half gallon of hardener. A 3 Gallon Kit is two of those kits; a 6 Gallon Kit is four, which may be split across more than one box.

If your containers add up to what you ordered, your order is complete. If they don't, check the box for any sign of damage or clear packing tape (carriers sometimes reseal a damaged box with containers left out) and email us photos of everything you received and of the box. We'll compare it to the shipment weight on file and either send the missing containers or refund you for them.
