I received two hardeners and no resin - how do I get the correct part?
Check the caps first. Every order ships with the correct amount of each part: resin bottles always have white caps, hardener bottles have black caps. The bottom of each label also says resin or hardener, and the resin is a much thicker liquid than the hardener. One white cap and one black cap means you have both parts even if a label is wrong; an occasional mislabeled bottle is a label error, not a bottling error.
If the caps confirm two of the same part, or your bottle count doesn't add up to what you ordered, send us photos of everything you received with the caps and labels clearly visible, plus your order number. We ship the missing bottle at no cost with a tracking number and email you a prepaid UPS label to return the extra bottle. If the bottles themselves were mislabeled, we send a return label and ship a replacement order.
Don't buy another kit to fix it. Resin and hardener are only produced in pairs and aren't sold separately, and we correct fulfillment errors at no charge. Please report any discrepancy within 7 days of delivery; we've helped with later reports as a courtesy, but can't promise it.
Also: UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy mixes 2:1, so its kits contain twice as much resin as hardener. And never combine Deep Pour and UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy resins or hardeners; they're separate systems that can't be mixed.
