Can you ship my order to my billing address instead?
Yes. The billing address on your order is one our payment processor's policies allow us to ship to, so this is a straightforward change. Contact us before the order ships with your order number and ask us to ship to the billing address on file. We'll update the order and confirm the address it's going to.
This is also the fix when a checkout autofill (Apple Pay, for example) entered the wrong shipping address. For security reasons and to comply with our payment processor's policies, the billing address may be the only address we can ship to in that situation; if that doesn't work for you, we can refund the order instead.
Swapping the two addresses is different. If the addresses were entered the wrong way round, the billing address on the order won't match your card's registered address, and our fraud prevention system flags the order for manual review. We'll ask you to text or email a photo of the credit card used, with only the name and last four digits visible (everything else can be covered up). Once we have it, we update the shipping address and ship the order.
If you asked us to ship to your billing address and your shipping confirmation still shows the old address, contact us right away with your tracking number so we can re-route the package with the carrier.
