Can I change the quantity, kit size or items on my order before it ships?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us right away with your order number and the change, or call 800-259-1619, and we'll hold the order and update it.

If the change raises the total, such as upgrading to a larger kit or adding more epoxy, we email you an invoice for the cost difference. Pay it through the link in that email or over the phone. Once it's paid, we update the order and ship it out, usually the same day.

If the change lowers the total, such as reducing the number of kits or removing an item, we update the order and refund the difference to your card. You'll get a separate refund confirmation email, and the money normally shows up within a few days. If you accidentally placed the same order twice, tell us which one to keep and we'll cancel and refund the duplicate.

Once an order has shipped we can't change or add to it.
