How Do I Cancel My Order?

Contact us as soon as possible by email, live chat, or the website contact form and include your order number (it starts with UC-). We'll confirm which order you mean and that you want it cancelled rather than changed, then cancel it and refund your payment. You'll receive a refund confirmation by email shortly afterward, and the refund should reach you within a few business days.

Reasons we can cancel an order

Whatever the reason (placed by accident, changed your mind, project postponed, no longer needed, or you want to reorder using Pay in 4), we can cancel the order as long as it hasn't shipped. Orders are sent to fulfillment quickly, so don't wait to reach out. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Before you cancel

Consider whether you actually need to. If you only want to edit the order, such as a different product or quantity, tell us what to change and we'll let you know whether we can update the existing order instead. A shipping address change is handled separately.

If you change your mind and decide to keep the order, let us know before the cancellation is processed and we'll ship it as is.
