Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?

No. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can't cancel it. Your options at that point are to keep the order or return it after it arrives.

We don't normally accept returns (see www.bestbartopepoxy.com/pages/shipping), but we can make a one-time exception for an order you meant to cancel. Let us know and we'll send you a return shipping label. Once the package is received and verified to be unopened and in good condition, we'll refund the cost of the products minus a 15% cancellation fee and the shipping costs.

One thing to watch for: if we email you to verify something about your order (an unusual quantity, for example) and don't hear back, the order is reviewed and shipped as is. If you're thinking about cancelling, reply to that message right away rather than waiting.

If you emailed us to cancel before the order shipped and it went out anyway, contact us and mention your earlier request so we can look into it for you.
