Is there a mix-by-weight ratio for Deep Pour or Art & Craft Epoxy?

No. UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy is mixed at a 2:1 ratio of resin to hardener by volume, and UltraClear Art & Craft Epoxy at a 1:1 ratio by volume. We do not have an accurate mix-by-weight ratio, gram-per-ounce figures, or a weight calculator for either product, and we only recommend mixing them by volume. Weighing out equal parts of Art & Craft Epoxy, for example, will throw the ratio off and the epoxy will not cure properly.

If you pour very small amounts and struggle to read volumes in a mixing cup, you can use a gram scale to work out your own weight equivalents, but you do so at your own risk. We do not have that data to give you.

If you have already mixed a batch at the wrong ratio, do not try to correct it by adding more hardener or resin. Start a fresh batch so the right amount of both components is used.

The only UltraClear product with a published weight ratio is Bar & Table Top Epoxy (100 parts resin to 82 parts hardener).
