Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?

Yes. Send us a message with your order number, or the name and email address you used when you ordered, and we will email you a copy of your order invoice. This works for a recent order or for purchases from previous years, and we can send invoices for several orders at once if you need receipts for your records or accounting.

Your order confirmation email also includes your order invoice, so that email is the quickest place to look first; if you never received it, we can re-send it. If you no longer have access to the email address you ordered with, tell us the address you use now; we can update it on your order and re-send the confirmation and invoice there.
