Can I get overnight or expedited shipping on my order?

Yes, for an additional charge. Our website only offers the free 2-day shipping method, so overnight delivery is arranged through us rather than at checkout.

1. Contact us as early in the day as possible with your order number (or, for a new order, the items you want and your full shipping address). 2. We'll quote the overnight cost and email you an invoice for the additional shipping charge. 3. Once the invoice is paid, your order ships that day by express (UPS Next Day Air) and you'll receive a tracking number.

Delivery is the next business day, by noon or by end of day depending on the service. Pricing depends on the size of the order: recent quotes have ranged from about $32 for a small pigment order to over $200 for larger orders. The invoice needs to be paid before about noon Eastern for the order to go out the same day; otherwise it ships the next business day.

Expedited charges are paid by the customer, including when a free-shipping order is running later than expected. We have no local distributors; our products are only sold online, so overnight is the fastest option available. If a paid overnight shipment misses its scheduled delivery time, let us know right away so we can follow up with the carrier.
