Is Art & Craft Epoxy compatible with Bar & Table Top or Deep Pour, and can I pour it in layers?

Yes. UltraClear Art & Craft Epoxy is compatible with UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy and UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy, and it can be poured in layers on its own.

Layers of Art & Craft Epoxy: it can be poured in 1/8" or 1/4" layers, and additional layers can be added after 4 to 6 hours without sanding, while the previous layer is still within its recoat window (up to about 10 hours). If the previous layer has already hardened (for example after the 72-hour cure), lightly scuff-sand it with 220 to 320 grit sandpaper, wipe off the dust with a lint-free rag and denatured alcohol or acetone, let it dry, and pour the next layer directly over it. The new layer fills in the sanding scratches and cures with a glass-like finish again as long as it's mixed correctly.

Switching products between layers: the rule is that the first layer has to cure so it can be sanded and cleaned before the next product goes over it. Let the first product cure for at least 3 days in a room between 75°F and 80°F, scuff-sand with 220-320 grit, clean with denatured alcohol or acetone, let it dry completely, then pour the next product. This applies whichever product goes down first, including Art & Craft Epoxy over cured Deep Pour. If you are pouring Deep Pour Epoxy over Art & Craft layers in a mold, keep the Deep Pour at least 1/4" thick, since it cannot be poured thinner.

Seal coat and flood coat: for a wood table that will get a high-gloss Bar & Table Top flood coat, it is simpler to use Bar & Table Top Epoxy for both the seal coat and the flood coat. It is designed for both stages, and with one product you can flood coat 4 to 6 hours after the seal coat with no sanding step. Art & Craft Epoxy works as a seal coat, but it adds the cure, sand and clean step before the Bar & Table Top flood coat.
