Can I use Pigmently pigments in paint or wax melts?

Usually yes, with a small test first. Pigmently pigments are made to be mixed into a medium such as epoxy resin or acrylic paint. They are not a paint on their own, so they cannot be used by themselves to paint something like a swimming pool.

Wax: the Glow in the Dark powder pigments should work in wax melts. They should not be combustible at wax-melter temperatures, but we have not used them for that application ourselves, so test first. For the liquid dyes in wax (a lava lamp, for instance), test a small batch to confirm the dye blends in without separating, damaging the wax or affecting the liquid it sits in.

Paint: the Glow in the Dark Mica Powder Pigments are primarily intended for clear resin. You can try them in interior wall paint, but test them with your specific paint first to see whether you get the glow you want. Glow powders look pale in a lit room and glow in the dark after light exposure.

One note on the neon colors: the Neon liquid dyes are not UV-reactive or fluorescent. They are bright under normal light but will not glow under a blacklight.
