Can I use epoxy on a shower floor or shower pan?

No. We do not recommend UltraClear Epoxy for shower floors, shower pans or shower bases. Customers have used it on shower walls and bathroom floors, but the shower floor itself is a different situation.

There are two problems. The epoxy is a self-leveling liquid, so it will not drain water properly. And once cured, the surface is very slick when wet. That rules it out for resurfacing a tile or marble shower floor, leveling low spots, or building a new pan, whatever the floor is made of.

UltraClear Epoxy is meant for bar tops, table tops and countertops. A different kind of product designed for shower floors will be a better option.
