Can I use Bar & Table Top Epoxy for coasters, jewelry and resin art?

Yes. UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy works for jewelry, coasters, boards and resin artwork; it covers much the same applications as UltraClear Art & Craft Epoxy, and some artists prefer it, so it comes down to personal preference. The reverse is also true: Art & Craft Epoxy cures extremely hard and scratch resistant and can be used on surfaces like kitchen countertops. Both mix 1:1, and over wood both start with a brushed-on seal coat to seal the wood before the flood coat.

The deciding factor is pour depth. Bar & Table Top Epoxy self-levels to 1/8" and can't be poured thicker than 1/8" per layer, so for a 1/8" flood coat on boards or coasters, use Bar & Table Top Epoxy. For a 1/4" layer in a single pour, or the longer 30-40 minute working time, use Art & Craft Epoxy. UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy is only for pours at least 1/4" thick.

You can also combine them: pour the piece in Art & Craft Epoxy, let it cure 3 full days, scuff with 220-320 grit, wipe with denatured alcohol or acetone, then flood coat with Bar & Table Top Epoxy for the hardest finish.

Coasters are a very common use: cured epoxy handles about 135°F, so a hot coffee mug is fine, and it cures to an inert, VOC-free plastic that's safe for incidental food contact.
