The details that let us answer quickly are what the surface is made of (wood, for example) and its dimensions; whether you're coating the surface or pouring a thick layer, and how thick that layer will be; any voids, gaps, holes, or edges that need to be filled or covered; and whether the piece will live indoors or outdoors. A 1.5"-thick sign that just needs a clear coat is a different job from a 1.5"-deep pour, so be specific about the depth.
