Does the epoxy kit include the hardener, or is it sold separately?

Every UltraClear epoxy order includes both parts. The resin and hardener always ship together as a matched pair, so you never need to buy the hardener separately.

Kit sizes are listed by combined volume. UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy mixes 1:1 by volume, so the 1 Quart Combined kit is a pint of resin and a pint of hardener, 1 Gallon Combined is a half gallon of each, 2 Gallons Combined is a gallon of each, and so on. A 6 Gallons Combined order arrives as 3 gallons of resin and 3 gallons of hardener. UltraClear Art & Craft Epoxy also mixes 1:1. UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy mixes 2:1 by volume (two parts resin to one part hardener), and its kits include both parts as well.

The two bottles look alike, so check the label. The bottom of each label says Resin or Hardener; resin bottles have white caps and hardener bottles have black caps.

Do not pair our resin with another company's hardener, or use leftover hardener from a different brand with our resin. Every brand uses its own chemicals and formula, so the chemical reaction will not activate as intended. Other companies' hardeners and resins are not compatible with ours, and vice versa. Only use the resin and hardener that come together in the same set.
