Which epoxy do I use for a 1/4 inch to 1 inch pour?

Use UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy for any layer 1/4" or deeper. It will not cure properly thinner than 1/4" and pours up to 1" per layer (2" is possible for experienced users, but 1" layers are the safer choice). Add 1" layers every 12 to 24 hours, up to 6" total. Anything under 1/4" calls for UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy, which self-levels to 1/8" per coat and is not made to fill significant gaps.

On wood or any other porous surface you need both products. Brush on a Bar & Table Top seal coat first so the wood cannot release air bubbles into the Deep Pour; Deep Pour cannot be used as a seal coat. It is not meant to be the final wear surface of a bar or table either: let it cure for 3 days, scuff-sand and clean it, then pour a Bar & Table Top flood coat over it. Leave at least 1/8" of room for that flood coat; it always settles at 1/8" and cannot be thinned.

For knot holes and voids, pour Deep Pour in 1/4" increments so you can pop bubbles as you go, fill level with the surrounding surface, then let it cure before sanding and flood coating. For an in-between depth like 3/8" over a whole surface, it is often simpler to pour three 1/8" Bar & Table Top coats 4 to 6 hours apart, since you need it for sealing and top coating anyway.
