How do I fix tacky spots after the rest of the epoxy has cured?

Spots still sticky after UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy has cured 72 hours in a room above 75°F are unmixed material. They will never harden on their own, sunlight won't help, and hardener by itself won't fix it. The only fix is a new layer of correctly mixed epoxy over them.

1. Soft or wet spots: scrape or cut out as much of the soft material as possible with a paint scraper or knife, using denatured alcohol or acetone to help. Hard, slightly tacky spots can be left alone. 2. If most of the surface cured hard, lightly scuff the hard areas with 220 to 320 grit sandpaper and wipe off the dust with a clean rag and denatured alcohol or acetone. Keep sanding dust out of the tacky spots; it gets trapped and is hard to remove. 3. Mix a new batch, measured exactly 1:1 and mixed completely, and pour a new flood coat over the entire surface. It fills scratches and scraped areas and cures hard and clear. If scraping left deep depressions, fill them with a first coat, wait 4 hours, then pour the full flood coat.

Keep the room above 75°F for the full 72-hour cure, or the new coat won't cure properly either.
