Can I use reward points and a promo code on the same order?

No. Reward-point discounts can't be combined with any active discount on the site. Redeeming your points generates a coupon code, and only one coupon can be applied per order, so you have to choose: use your rewards coupon, or use the sale code (a Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or spring sale code, for example), but not both on the same order.

If you redeemed points and then entered a promo code, the promo code was applied instead of your rewards coupon. That's why your cart shows only the promo discount even though your points balance went down. Your rewards coupon isn't lost: it stays active with no expiration date and can be used on any future order. If you'd rather have the points back in your balance, contact us and we'll cancel the coupon and refund the points.

Before checkout, compare the two and apply whichever saves you more on that order. Your rewards coupon will keep for a future order since it never expires; a sale code only works while that sale is still running.
