How do I redeem my reward points on an order?

Reward points aren't applied to an order automatically, and we can't redeem them for you. You convert points into a coupon code yourself, then enter that code at checkout.

1. Sign in to your rewards account using the pink gift box in the bottom left corner of our website, or at https://www.bestbartopepoxy.com/#smile-home. It's your regular UltraClear Epoxy account; no new login needed. 2. Choose the coupon you want. Coupons come in tiers, for example 100 points for $10 off, 200 for $20 off, or 1,000 for $100 off. Redeeming is what deducts the points, so you can keep saving for a larger coupon. 3. Apply the coupon code at checkout when you place your order.

Coupon codes never expire, so you can redeem now and use the code on a later order, and unredeemed points stay in your account. Coupons are applied when you place an order, so redeem before you check out. Only one coupon can be used per order, so a rewards coupon can't be combined with a sale code.

If you get "You've earned points" emails but can't find your balance (including as a reseller through Shopify Collective), sign in to the rewards account through the gift box or the link above.
