Can I ship my order internationally through a freight forwarder or third-party pickup?

We only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada — we do not ship internationally. If you're anywhere else, you can still order using a third-party freight forwarding company:

1. Set up an account with a freight forwarder that gives you a US shipping address. Skybox is the forwarder our customers have used most often, but we don't work with Skybox directly — any forwarder will work as long as it provides a US address. If one forwarder can't serve your country, simply use another.
2. Place your order on bestbartopepoxy.com using that US address, or ask us for an emailed invoice with that address on it. We ship free (2-day shipping) to any US address, so you pay only the product price plus any sales tax based on that US address. We can ship any size order to a US address.
3. Your forwarder receives the package and ships it on to you.

We can't work with your forwarder on your behalf, and we can't arrange or quote international freight for you — delivery time from the forwarder's address, any quantity or hazardous-goods limits on the international leg, and any import requirements for your country are all handled by the forwarder, so confirm those details with them before ordering.

A couple of practical notes: shipping labels have room for only one address, so the forwarder's location has to be the shipping address, but we can add your company name to the label so the forwarder can identify your packages. And if your order qualifies as tax exempt, send us your tax-exempt documentation and we'll update the invoice before you pay.
