Do you sell Deep Pour Epoxy in a size smaller than 1.5 gallons?

No. The 1.5 Gallon Kit is the smallest size of UltraClear Deep Pour Epoxy we make. It is not produced in quarts or any smaller size, and it is only meant for pours at least 1/4 inch thick.

If you just need to fill a few knot holes or cracks on a bar or table top, you don't necessarily need Deep Pour. UltraClear Bar & Table Top Epoxy comes in a 1 Quart Combined kit (a pint of resin and a pint of hardener) and can fill voids up to 1.5 inches deep in total. Pour it in 1/8-inch layers every 4 to 6 hours. If more than 10 hours pass between layers, lightly scuff the cured epoxy with 220 to 320 grit sandpaper and wipe it down with denatured alcohol or acetone before the next layer.

For voids deeper than 1.5 inches, you can reduce the depth first with wood filler or caulk, depending on how wide the void is, then fill the rest with Bar & Table Top Epoxy. Test this on scrap first; every project is different and results aren't guaranteed.

Once the fill has cured for 10 to 12 hours, it is hard enough to sand flush, clean, and cover with your flood coat.
