The tape I received isn't the white Tyvek tape shown online - is it correct?

Yes, you received the right product. Our supplier no longer offers the white Tyvek tape and has moved on to the version you received. We don't carry the white tape any longer; the photo on the product page is simply old. The tape in your order is the current and only epoxy tape we provide.

It performs identically to the white Tyvek tape. We've used it on many projects ourselves, and so have many customers, with great results, so there's no need to exchange it.

If what you received doesn't look like an epoxy tape at all, or anything else in the box doesn't match your order, send us a photo of what you received along with your order number and we'll get it resolved right away.
