Can I pick up my order locally instead of having it shipped?

We are an online-only company with no retail stores or distributors, but local pickup is possible at our Tennessee location. We are in Murfreesboro, TN (Nashville area): call your order in Monday through Friday before 3 PM at 800-259-1619 and we can have it ready for pickup.

Our Utah facility is different. It is our west coast fulfillment warehouse, not a retail location, and it cannot accommodate pickup orders.

There is no discount for picking up. Every order already comes with free 2-day shipping, so there is no shipping cost to deduct. For most customers, ordering online is just as fast: orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern ship the same day, and in the Nashville area that means delivery the following business day.

If you run short in the middle of a project and cannot wait for standard delivery, we can overnight a new order for an additional fee. Send us the products and quantities you need and we will email a custom invoice with the express shipping charges added.
