Can I use UltraClear Epoxy to glue or repair broken glass?

No. UltraClear Epoxy is designed for pouring over flat, level surfaces such as bar tops, table tops, and countertops. None of our epoxies (Bar & Table Top, Deep Pour or Art & Craft) is an adhesive, and Bar & Table Top Epoxy cannot adhere to glass, so we can't recommend any of them for gluing cracked glass, stained glass, crystal, or a broken glass ornament back together. That includes Art & Craft Epoxy: although it can be used over many surfaces, it is not meant for bonding broken glass pieces.

Customers have embedded crushed glass in Bar & Table Top Epoxy on a surface without issues, but we have no test results or feedback on using it as an edge glue for cracked glass. Every epoxy uses different raw chemicals and formulas, so an adhesive made for glass repair by another brand doesn't mean ours will perform the same way. If you want to try it anyway, run a small-scale test first and treat the result as your own risk.

If you're seeing a yellow tint in a clear repair, that's the slight amber tone all tabletop epoxy takes on as it cures. It's unnoticeable on a coated surface but can show in clear pours, especially over 1/8" thick. Art & Craft Epoxy has better clarity for art and craft pours, but it is still not a glass adhesive.
